RCI markets and procures high quality “after market” data communications and storage equipment.

Our product lines are Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Juniper Networks, Hewlett-Packard and IBM AS400/RS6000.

Thirty percent of our Cisco gear is sold “unused,” compared to seventy percent of our Sun equipment. The remainder is reconditioned under strict procedures for quality assurance. The equipment is individually tested on a component by component basis, manufacturer paint is used for touch-up, broken face plates are replaced, current upgrades/revisions added, new install kits, cables, manuals included, systems pre-configured and each shipment is foam packaged.

All of the equipment is eligible for manufacturer specified maintenance and/or support programs. If after market equipment is not available at discounts of 45% - 80%, we can supplement some components with new hardware at aggressive discount levels (Cisco 38% + off list). Our group inventories equipment that is turned about every 45 days, so we can often help our customers with manufacturer lead-time issues.

We offer services such as Frame Relay, VPN (Virtual Private Networks), DIA (Direct Internet Access), Privates Lines and Voice (both long distance and local dial tone). RCI is a partner with the all of Tier-1 Carriers, as well as all the RBOC’s, CLEC’s and top resellers. In addition, we offer carrier services to connect the WAN/LAN networks together.
