Our group has an engineering/refurb facility where our technical staff adheres to comprehensive quality control in the repair and refurbishment processes. These processes include, current upgrades and revisions, foam packaging, new install kits, cables, and manuals assuring "like new" certification.

RCI offers an Equipment Return Program (ERP) where all equipment considered current network standard can be reconditioned back to the original operating specifications or used towards an aggressive trade-in. The ERP program substantially reduces the cost of purchasing hardware that is already owned. All equipment that is not used in current network operations can be purchased by RCI providing you value for nonessential equipment.
